Hermes Platinum Winner - Crown Cork, Inc.

Crown Holdings, Inc. (Crown) homepage. As the user scrolls down the page, a blank can moves from right to left across the page and reveals a design. The can then flips as the page moves down into a recycling bin.

Crown Holdings, Inc. (Crown) is a Fortune 500 company and leading supplier of beverage, food and aerosol packaging, metal closures, and specialty packaging.

Our award winning creative redesign of the Crown website embraced interactive design with an immersive experience that supports a user’s “explorer mindset” for metal packaging trends, design, and product resources. Read more about the goals and transformation journey of Crown’s site.

 

Hermes Gold Winner - The CCIM Institute

The CCIM Institute, the leading association in commercial real estate, partnered with us to drive their enterprise digital transformation. Our teams brought their new rebrand to life, working iteratively through information architecture, UX wireframes and prototypes, UI design and patterns, and agile development on the Drupal Acquia platform, including complex integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) to deliver personalized content experiences.

 

Hermes Gold Winner - Milken Institute

Milken Institute, a global, non-partisan think tank, offers a diverse array of services, partnership opportunities, and exclusive events. Milken Institute wanted to enhance its digital brand storytelling and expand its business development efforts.

Sandstorm and Milken Institute embarked on a user-centered design initiative, including qualitative research to inform personas and customer journey mapping, which led to the creation of three interactive online pathways and targeted digital campaigns. The pathways are designed to drive an emotional connection that taps into the personas’ motivations and drives engagement and funding.

 

Hermes Gold Winner - MEMA (Motor Equipment Manufacturers Association)

MEMA represents the vehicle supplier industry, the largest manufacturing sector in the US. After a major rebrand, MEMA needed to go from five membership organizations and websites to one, which delivered improved resources and connections to all members.

Our teams designed and developed a more cohesive and integrated brand experience via one primary website that connects with their diverse trade and industry audiences, increasing opportunities to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue. The University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy, and Practice is among the top graduate schools for social work in the world. After a comprehensive rebranding effort, including a new name and brand identity, they needed a new website to unify their presence, while delivering a much-improved user experience (UX). The new site focuses on elevating and articulating the story of Crown Family School in working toward a more just and humane society through research, teaching, and service to the community.
