Global Nonprofit Web Design and Development

Nonprofit websites are often charged with raising awareness as well as driving funding for their work. We help support their missions by designing and developing engaging, usable, performant website experiences that improve reach and the overall user experience.

Challenge

UNICEF USA advances the global mission of UNICEF by rallying the American public to support the world's most vulnerable children. The website plays a crucial role, raising roughly $35 million annually. They needed to rebuild and upgrade to the most current version of Drupal and elevate the user experience.

Solution

We collaborated to create an intuitive and accessible navigation and worked with content editors to reduce bloat in the admin experience and streamline how content is published and cross-referenced. The implementation of Layout Builder has given editors the flexibility they need for campaigns and outreach efforts, reducing reliance on custom designs that stray from well-tested solutions. We worked in sprints towards a seamless launch and continue to work together to further optimize the site for both staff and site visitors.
